There are so many ways to get involved with global health and so many reasons to!

Here is a short list of some of the projects and organisations I am involved with and some that I support.

RVC Global Health Society  holds short evening events and a yearly symposium which this year is centered on food security. Take a look at our YouTube channel with recordings from some of our talks.

Students for Global Health is the National Member Organisation of the International Federation of  is a student network and charity that tackles health problems both locally and globally. Most universities have a branch and they provide oppurtunities to visit neighbouring universities and both national and international conferences and assemblies.

ZSL (Zoological Society of London) is an international science, conservation and education charity that raises money through campaigns and tickets to its two establishments: London Zoo and Whipsnade Zoo. Their aim is to achieve conservation of wild animals and their habitat but by doing this they work to develop local economies and provide protection for local peoples’ livlihoods.
